1. Ceramic rollers full inspection, run‑out correction, remove cracked or chipped rollers.

2. Heating elements checked & replaced to guarantee uniform temperature across zones.

3. Wind grid nozzles cleaned, wind chamber resealed, fan impeller wear inspection.

4. PLC, touch screen, SCR modules test, electrical wiring reorganized.

5. Full power test run, produce sample tempered glass to check grain quality & flatness.

6. Mark split points for container loading, suitable for multiple 40HQ containers.
