1. Equipment Purpose

Model YTP4213-SB Horizontal Glass Tempering Equipment is a special machine for producing flat tempered glass (heat-strengthened safety glass). Its products are applied in architectural, home appliance, automotive and other industries.

2. Product Specifications & Quality Requirements

2.1 Glass Dimensions

· Maximum loading size: 4200mm × 1250mm

· Minimum glass size: 230mm × 100mm

· Thickness range: 2.85mm ~ 12mm

2.2 Glass Types

· Clear float glass / flat glass

· Body-tinted float glass / flat glass

· Single-sided silk-screen printed glass

2.3 Product Quality Requirements

· Product quality shall comply with the national standard GB 15763.2-2005 (Note: Original text GB/1673.2 一 2005 is typo, corrected to the actual standard GB 15763.2-2005 Safety glazing materials in building — Part 2: Tempered glass)

· Uniform stress distribution of glass; uniform fragment pattern

· Consistent tempering quality for each batch of glass

· Bow distortion ≤ 0.3%

· Wave distortion ≤ 0.2%

3. Equipment Process Flow, Structure, Configuration and Production Capacity

3.1 Equipment Process Flow

· Select stored order and parameters or reset parameters

· Manual loading or sucker loading (single sheet or multiple sheets)

· Automatic feeding into electric heating furnace

· Glass reciprocates inside the furnace while being heated

· After heating, glass exits the furnace and goes through quenching air-grid roller table for tempering, then enters the cooling air-grid roller table

· Glass reciprocates on the cooling air-grid roller table with air blowing for cooling

· For glass thickness 2.85mm–5mm: pass-through section fans are activated, glass adopts pass-through tempering process

· For glass thickness 6mm–12mm (Original text "16mm" is presumed typo): one low-pressure fan is activated; glass directly enters the cooling air-grid roller table for tempering and cooling
